A Small Crew, Real Variety of Work
Arnold's Outdoor Solutions is a small, hands-on team — you'll work directly alongside owner Hayden Arnold, not under layers of management. We're a crew that shows up for each other, teaches as we go, and takes pride in doing the job right.
No two days look the same. One week you might be installing sod or building a mulch bed, the next you're running equipment on a drainage or land-clearing job, or helping take down a barn. If you want to actually learn a trade instead of repeating the same task every day, this is that kind of work.
Who We're Looking For
What Makes a Good Fit
- Reliable and shows up — this is a small crew, everyone counts
- Comfortable with physical outdoor work in all seasons
- Landscaping, tree, or construction experience helpful but not required — willing to learn matters more
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Able to safely operate, or learn to operate, outdoor power equipment
- Good communicator and team player
- Based near Woodbury, TN or willing to travel across our Middle Tennessee service area
- Takes pride in the work — our reputation is built on it
